UPDATE: after a week of dealing with random machine hangs after it goes to sleep (not hibernate), I tried everything I could possibly think of:- updated to windows build 2004- updated the firmware on my Intel 660 ssd- reset to factory, fresh windows reset- turned off fast start in the power settings- disabled hibernate with powercfg command- tried triggering sleep during a Windows update
